What does it cost to have your new home designed? You may be surprised to learn that a quality home design doesn’t have to cost 5%-10% of the construction cost of the home. Our custom designed home services are priced from $1.00 per square foot of the total area under roof to over $2.00 per square foot. For example, a 4,000 sq. ft. house with an 800 square foot three car garage and 400 square feet of covered porches and patios = 5,200 square feet total x $1.50 per square foot = $7,800.00. Considering that this home could possibly cost a half million dollars to build, that comes to about 1-1/2% of the construction cost. That's a small price to pay to get what you want in your home.
